About Wellness at Work

I have spent most of my career on marketing teams, and have seen firsthand how employee benefits can make a job more or less tolerable for employees. Conversely, I have watched employers stress over providing enough benefits for their employees, doing their best to take care of employees while staying profitable. It's a responsibility that I did not enjoy, and one I don't envy in any way.

So, when I first learned about Section 125 wellness plans, I got excited. At its core, Section 125 is meant to make associated benefits a win-win situation. Employees have additional health benefits beyond major medical insurance, tax breaks, and a feeling of support from their employer. Employers enjoy tax breaks, more committed employees, healthier employees, and above all, they retain and attract high-quality employees to a greater degree.

I think that these benefits should be available to all employees, and the beauty of these plans is that their structure and costs make them available and relistically attainable for any employer that already offers health insurance to their employees. To that end, I focus exclusively on Section 125 wellness plans. I don't offer any other type of benefits, because I think Section 125 is so underutilized and I want to help as many companies as possible start taking advantage of it as soon as possible.
